I address this text to everybody who is old enough to read. we all age daily. Why then, don't seem to be the signs of aging apparent within the initial twenty years of our life but become noticeable within the next twenty years of our life? to understand the basic mechanics of our growth as adolescences, and our development in pubescence, leads United States to the muse of anti aging, with the reversal of these symptoms. there's a dormant volcano of rejuvenation in all of us, that must be broached, for an exquisite vitality several suppose only belong to the young.
To grow in adolescence the body produces human growth hormone that not only provides rapid growth in size and stature of children however provides them their infinite energy. In puberty, sex hormones, like estrogen for ladies and testosterone for men, cause the dramatic changes in body form. Gangly boys are reworked into well muscled men, as do young women change with the additional charms, that are readily noticed by their male counter parts.

When I was eighteen, at my prime, I wore 30" waist pants, wrestled within the one hundred thirty five lb. category and sported arms 12 1/2" in circumference once flexed. 42 years later, I still wear 30" pants but I weight in at one hundred sixty five lbs and sport 16 1/2 " arms. My muscle mass has jumped thirty lbs and my body fat cat has dropped to levels less than my teens (12 years on the process). thus you see a number of the key signs of aging may be reversed and should even surpass our youth.
The "process" isn't a hit and miss, quick fix, do something sort of protocol.
